Sydney Hathaway is a nutrition coach with a comprehensive approach to health and wellness. She holds a degree in Kinesiology, graduating in 2021, and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Her unique background in Kinesiology and specialized training and movement therapy allows her to address both the nutritional and physical fitness needs of clients.
Sydney’s skills and experiences led her to the medical field, where she worked in the cardiac rehabilitation program at the University of Utah. Now, she works closely with functional medicine doctors, creating personalized diet plans that focus on anti-inflammatory, hypoallergenic, and detoxification, targeting the liver, colon, and gut. Her expertise also extends to optimizing macronutrient intake for fat loss, muscle gain, and overall performance.
As a former collegiate soccer athlete, Sydney understands a critical role of both nutrition and movement in achieving optimal health. During her collegiate career, Sydney won a conference championship in soccer while receiving multiple athletic and academic awards. She participated in VO2 max testing studies, wrote summer conditioning programs for local high school sports teams, and interned with her university’s athletic strength coach, taking over training for the golf team during their off-season. With many opportunities to grow and learn in college, she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Personal Training.
She combines her knowledge of nutrition with movement therapy, ensuring her clients receive holistic, balance guidance for their lifestyle and fitness goals. Sydney is dedicated to helping her clients achieve long-term wellness through diet, fitness, and accountability.
